Changes, losses, grief, and coping associated with present pandemic isolation, stress, and trauma will be given attention.

The hike will include a directive art scavenger hunt activity, including finding and photographing elements in nature that tie with trauma healing.

Participants will be required to adhere to State of Colorado mandated protocols regarding masks and physical distancing.
